And that's to the tune of estimated, 100-million people who don't vote.

They are a party unto themselves. They tend to be progressive more so, (from polling and research) so they really could turn this election into triumph, even if only a certain percentage of them turn out.

They have many reasons for not voting that I can empathize with, (and it would help if you also did if you talk to one) but this time, its a rally round the flag moment in history and an appeal to non-voters should be a definite part of the strategy.
