Citizens United has a not-so-small relation to this equation.

Once we regain control (notice I didn’t use the word “power” here), this must be a top priority: repeal the empower of PACs over our election system.

Not to mention disenfranchisement of Democratically-inclined voters. And that involves voter roll purges, and other Reich-wing tactics.

This is a marathon, not a sprint to November 3.

26. I don't think Congress can repeal United Citizens

It was a SCOTUS decision and based on First Amendment free speech issues. Might take a constitutional amendment to accomplish, which is probably impossible today (Dems would have to control 38 of 50 state legislatures).

I might be wrong, I know in some cases legislation has been rewritten to get around court decisions, but I don't think it would work with this court.
