Trump said he was going to stay for part of the race! Not so fast! He is leaving before it actually started!

on Monday! They used to run this race forever starting at noon EST, and they would have completed the race if they'd done so this year. But the quest for almighty ratings, along with Needy Amin's desire to hold the ultimate campaign rally, pushed things back to the point where everyone had to go home with just 10% of the race run!
