Could also just be taking advantage of early voting. A lot of people couldn’t vote in 2016 because they had to wait longer than their lunch hours allowed.

The poll Judge checks each ballot to make sure there aren't these issues before entering them in the ballot box,and if there are any mistakes,a new ballot is issued and the voter is instructed what they need to do to fix it.


I know the media just itching to pounce on some screw up.

So they wouldn't have to be there to switch groups.
