Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsThe phone conference on Tuesday is NOT a "hearing".
It's a "scheduling" conference call. Almost certainly to discuss a schedule for the government to respond to the new motion for a new trial -- and to ask the government whether they even intend to oppose the motion.
People are posting here that they think the Judge has scheduled the conference call to read the riot act to the government about the change in the sentencing order. The chances that is what the call will address are approximately zero.
