I actually some white lady about that age go off on a black clerk almost exactly like that just because she could not sell her something having to do with liquor or cigarettes . They are so entitled and crude

I went to pick up a passenger. She came out with a toddler and a car seat. She puts the car seat in the car and continues to hold the toddler.

I say "Aren't you going to put him in the car seat."

"Nah, that'd wake him up."

"I'm not going until he's in the car seat."

"It's only a few miles."

"It's illegal to drive with you holding him."

"You're rude. Now you woke him up."

"Get out of my car."

"I'm gonna call my man and have him come down and take care of you. And my mom."

"Get out of my car before I call the police."

Finally she gets her stupid ass out of my car.

5. That woman is having a serious meltdown.

Did her best friend die or something? She's way over reacting for having to wait outside of a car on a not rainy or snowy day. I bet if she paid for that 15 minutes she could wait in the car.

What is her problem? The driver was perfectly reasonable and controlled when she's off her rocker.Doesn't she know she's being recorded? Most Lyft drivers have signs saying recording devices are in use.

It's amazing how calm he remained with such abuse being being thrown at him. I wish he had called the cops the minute she started in. I hope this incident comes back to haunt her. And she has at least two children, who are going to learn how to behave and how to treat other people due to her example (because I am sure this isn't the first time she has acted this way).
