leaving the federal bench to avoid the ethics investigation. That didn't get nearly enough coverage, but with the blizzard of crimes under this regime, almost nothing gets enough coverage because there's not enough time in the day.

$$ dirt Rachel is digging up, his buddy AG 's resignation is being demanded. As much as he tries to ignore all this crap, he's surrounded and suddenly has no friends.

His recent article:

The Money Behind Trump’s Money
The inside story of the president and Deutsche Bank, his lender of last resort.

By David Enrich
Published Feb. 4, 2020
Updated Feb. 10, 2020

-snip-

One reason all these files could be so illuminating is that the bank’s relationship with Trump extended well beyond making simple loans. Deutsche Bank managed tens of millions of dollars of Trump’s personal assets. The bank also furnished him with other services that have not previously been reported: providing sophisticated financial instruments that shielded him from risks and outside scrutiny, and making introductions to wealthy Russians who were interested in investing in Western real estate. If Trump cheated on his taxes, Deutsche Bank would probably know. If his net worth is measured in millions, not billions, Deutsche Bank would probably know. If he secretly got money from the Kremlin, Deutsche Bank would probably know.

Not sure what's more frustrating. Did she talk about how the emoluments suit got thrown out? House members couldn't file. Haven't heard why they didn't know that? And who can file.

prove they (as individuals) were sustaining damage from him violating the emoluments clause. I think it was a set-back, but not thrown out.

Agree no damages individually. Who is damaged? Steve Cohen D-TN had both foreign and domestic emolument clause violations in his November 2017 articles of impeachment.
