(11,908 posts)prove they (as individuals) were sustaining damage from him violating the emoluments clause. I think it was a set-back, but not thrown out.

(42,770 posts)Agree no damages individually. Who is damaged? Steve Cohen D-TN had both foreign and domestic emolument clause violations in his November 2017 articles of impeachment.
