I think Trump would make an exception for OJ. That being said, Trump can't actually pardon OJ.

But it's irrelevant because OJ was convicted on state charges, not federal.

And Trump can't pardon a civil liability.
For the Nevada criminal conviction, Trump can't pardon a state conviction.
