And Navarro does just that. When he wants to fluff the boss, 3% growth is terrific. But 4% and 5% growth is terrible, because it happened under Obama. The deficit doubles under Obama, that's horrible. The deficit balloons under Trump, it's great because wealthy people got wealthier.

4. I watched it

He said the reason he was rejecting the numbers is because he "lived through" the Obama years and he remembered how horrible the economy was.
So the reporter was not just guilty of fake news, but fake numbers also.
