Why aren't more DOJ attorneys in SDNY speaking up about Barr's actions?

I'm not alarmed that Barr is a criminal I'm alarmed at the... relative ... silence from the myriad of attorneys who KNOW there's something wrong.

Is the DoJ full of functionaries like Mueller or are they being threatened ?

Is there even a system for speaking up against someone like Barr's actions?

1. They are working for a an organizanized crime syndicate,

I imagine most never dreamed they would end up under the thumb of the mob, alas there they are. Not easy to speak out against the mafia/mob. I am not giving them cover, a few
may be fine in the position they have found themselves in, most of them I'm sure are afraid.
