I don't think it is through Act Blue but I recall seeing a specific organization/effort to unseat the vulnerable Republicans in the Senate in 2020. A Dem president can't be effective unless we take the senate and especially unseat Mitch McConnell.

Do you know of a very specific effort to donate to unseat a targeted group of GOP senators?
