It's time for Democrats to come out and tell civil servants

that they have ABSOLUTELY NO requirement to follow the instructions, directives or orders of ANY "acting" POS agency head that has not been Senate confirmed as required by the Constitution!

Let me point that out again...the Constitution mandates Senate confirmation.

No confirmation...no authority.

Fuck this bullshit way of ignoring constitutional requirements.

I'd love for them to try to fire some civil servant who tells one of these "acting" pricks to "go fuck themselves"

"Acting".. Agency heads have been a thing well..forever....
Yes they have to abide by the directives of the appointee...or look for other employment
POTUS Obama had several "acting" appointees...say like Rand Beers..

Federal agencies don't just shut down whenever there is a vacancy at the top. Congress has passed legislation addressing who and how agencies are to be run while the top spot is vacant. Disobeying the orders of someone who serves in an acting capacity in accordance with that statutory authority would likely be fired and would have their firing upheld.

Plus, many of the instructions, directives, and orders issued to civil servants do not come directly from the agency head, but rather from another civil servant in a supervisory position. Disobey those? Get fired.
