Mark my words.

I have a gut feeling that there will be NO debates between Trump and the eventual Democratic candidate..

Trump only "participated" in 2016 because he had to, but now that he is emperor, why on earth would he do it.

He is above it all now. He does anything he wants to and the LAST thing he wants is to be questioned by an adversary,,

However, there should still be a debate. If Trump doesn't show up then there should be an empty podium and the Democratic nominee should have 2 hours all to himself or herself. And there should be at least 3 debates.

He just said that he crushingly won all the debates with Clinton.

He has no doubt that he would crush whatever mere mortal stood up against him.

He will do it because he has to. He has to prove that he is the best. Even if he can't, he'll do it--in his own mind.
