What's with the decor on Judge Berman Jackson's bench?

I was watching Rachael tonight, when I began studying the background court sketch. I know courtroom artists often entertain themselves by sneaking in small Easter eggs, but is Judge Jackson's work space actually decorated like her bedroom? Even with what appears to be an alarm clock.

I like the blue though.

I don't think this is the artist's rendition since it is a very serious subject and that goes beyond "artistic license".

she must have those there then. Perhaps she's like me and can handle overhead and/or fluorescent lights so has a lamp instead.
