18. For a few weeks now I've been having times when I couldn't connect.

I'd get an error that DU didn't respond, connection timed out. Usually lasted 5-10 minutes & then it was fine.

I could load any other pages just fine while this was happening but repeated refreshes of DU just resulted in the same error repeated.
