I hate to be morbid but what percentage of the Silent Generation has passed since 2016?

They are the one generation that votes in big numbers and the only generation that still votes Republican. If it's just enough to change things 1 or 2% in some of the swing states it could mean all the difference. Not to mention more younger voters who are extremely liberal are able to vote now. Boomers moved slightly into the Dem column recently however.

Anyone know of a place with some analysis on this?

Gen Zers, Millennials and Gen Xers outvoted Boomers and older generations in 2016 election

This is interesting too: https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2017/07/31/gen-zers-millennials-and-gen-xers-outvoted-boomers-and-older-generations-in-2016-election/

we boomers are living longer due to medial advances. That is why Mayor Pete will need to wait at least one, and probably 2, election cycles before he can become a viable candidate.

I believe there are still enough boomers left that it scares me to think there are more of them than us (Liberal dems) to get Trump in with a bit of Russian voting machine infiltration.
