2. If he gets a second term, we'll be effectively living in a RW judicial dictatorship.
Even if we should manage to get a Democrat in the WH at some point in the future, they would be essentially powerless.
At some point we're going to have to address the fundamentally dysfunctional nature of our current judicial system. |

5. You can thank Mitch for that. He kept dozens, if not hundreds, of vacancies open until Obama...
...was out of office. It wasn't just the SupremeCourt -- it was all of them, and the 9th Circuit had to have been a pet project.
There's a special place in Hell for that man. |
