Ellen, I’m nervous: a poll shows my re-election is in jeopardy.

I voted to impeach Donald Trump because I swore to uphold the Constitution. I knew the political risks. But I had to do the right thing, even if it meant losing re-election.

Now MSNBC is reporting that Trump wants revenge against me. He just flew to California to raise millions to defeat me and other House Democrats.

I’m not afraid of this fight because I have supporters like you on my side. Together, we flipped this Republican district in Orange County Blue for the first time in history. But Republican Super PACs could overwhelm us with money… unless we fight back hard.
