Just don't be surprised. She's bent over backwards to be fair (and be perceived as fair). That will go a very long way towards negating any attempts to get her rulings overturned on appeal.

questions about the jury process. It would appear nothing unexpected came from that.

The judge also castigated the defense for claims that information about possible bias of the jury foreman had been withheld or not identified. She asked them if they had even done a simple google search of the jurors during selection. They had not, claiming it was too costly. (!)
