He said 'we have the greatest experts in the world". I bet that hurt. Bi-partisan spirit, Schumer wants more cooperation and Trump says we'll take it. But they'll have to find it (money). US rated #1 in preparedness by Johns' Hopkins. Pence in charge (I hope he doesn't think this is the rapture).

I thought the pink eyes/pink tie combo was nauseating but a campaign rally beats it.

If there is an outbreak and it is suggested that political rallies should be stopped, do you think he'll do it? It would hurt the Dem candidates but it would also apply to him and his cult.

A great podcast, btw. Anyhow, they speculated about Trump rallies and how sad it would be if Trump couldn't rant in front of an adoring crowd.

Good you aren't watching. Lots of gas lighting bullshit. I'm often turning the sound off now waiting for MSNBC to break away.

I thought Fauci said that realistically it could take a year. Then he spoke about a virus vaccine that has been in an animal testing phase. That could be made available sooner - if it works out.

But don't quote me. I'd try to find the video of this and scroll to Fauci's time at the mic.

12 - 14 months before a vaccine could be available!

2 - 3 months development to bring to trial.
3 months small sample trial. (50 people or so.)
6 - 8 months large scale trial (testing on thousands)

Not to worry, though! Remember, Doturd says the heat of April will kill it off before too much damage is done.

worse thing he said... justifying cutting funds for CDC and pandemic preparedness by saying he could get people to do the work when needed and appointed Pence "because he was free" (my words, but that's what he seemed to say)

36. After some self fellating and minimizing of the situation
Wed Feb 26, 2020, 08:55 PM

Trump stepped aside and Pence is in charge.
Pence praised the angry orange who was cowering in the background.
Pence then slightly reduced the minimization of the problem while balancing angering twitler.
This was followed by a political hack interim appointee who slightly pivoted towards it being an actual issue, but still minimizing.
He then handed off to the career professional at the CDC who noted the seriousness while using language that would not alarm anyone under the age of eight. So President mushroom did not notice and had already drifted into thoughts of overdone steak with ketchup.
Then someone else jumped to the podium to walk back his previous unrealistic statement about a vaccine. Not three months but maybe 18 or more.
Then CNN cut away to face palm.

Did I miss anything?
