There is a big ballot flaw in LA County ballots. Half the voters in my district wont see my name or other candidates unless they hit more button because only 4 names are shown. Voters could skip to next race without knowing there were more candidates.

The page was clearly marked at the bottom with an arrow and the word scroll or down, I don't remember which.
It was hard to miss.
I respect Ted Lieu a lot, but this seems like an over-reaction to me.
