Any recommendations for good reads about coronavirus?

I've got lots of questions. Like, how significant is that first "community spread" case they just found? If it gets into a major city like NYC, do they have to shut down the subway and the buses and everything? How likely is it that it "really doesn't get too bad"? How likely is it that "we're fucked"? What's the "average case"?

I don't want fearmongering, but I also don't want "not fearmongering".

Seems like every day there's some things that happen, and I have no idea how to judge the significance of them, like is it better than expected or worse than expected.

EDIT: Thanks for all the links!

There are FAQ's and material designed for lay people as well as the scientific/medical community.

Don't buy into the BS rampantly being shared.
