(11,222 posts)sneezes or lately a sore throat. I didn't have any of that. It was odd. But figure some type of cold.

(5,760 posts)A very strange cold wherein I just felt like crap, headachy and cloudy, but with hardly any head congestion. Not much sneezing that would relieve some of the head pressure. Spent much of five days sleeping a ton. Finally, it just seemed to pass with a bit of lingering sinus drip and a bit of a cough.

(14,628 posts)Likely flu, then progressed to deep chest cold. Had that morning rattle and productive cough until Valentines Day.

(46,176 posts)A little sneezy and a little tickle in the throat. Mostly I get unusually tired. But if I rest a few minutes I'm raring to go again. Occasionally I need an afternoon nap. And I never nap!
I'm feeling odd about all this. We found a pack of N95 face masks in the garage after not finding any available locally or online. So I looked for instructions on making some since I sew. Something is better than nothing if and when it's recommended we use them.
I hope you feel better very soon, neighbor.

(24,751 posts)Sounds like were at least a year or more away from a vaccine...maybe we will see a natural immunity happening by then. I am hearing that some people previously diagnosed with covid19 are now testing positive again. I wonder if they recovered and now are somewhat immune since theyre not symptomatic? I guess they could still infect others if theyre positive for the virus? Theres so much we dont know.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
