If you go back and listen to him talk from just a few years ago, he was fairly erudite. I suspect he still is but has put on a persona for his devotees.

He showed yesterday that he is capable of acting almost normal and he is playing to the audience. Another Hitler.

Acting. Reality TV show. Very good at it. Confidence man perfection. Play them all. I think he has had plenty of practice and that playing us is second nature to him.

That's the danger. The acting is flexible and contextual. It is actually amazing.

However, sociopaths and con men are able to do it in their sleep. That is WHY it works. You don't expect it, suspect it, get the wrong idea, get played on your sensibilities, etc. In that sense, both sides are being played in different ways. As nauseating as it may sound, studying him and his past for a while suggest this is so.

I have posted graphics of that classic set of two theater masks to illustrate that. Why is it important to understand it? It might help to see through the game and direct our energies away from being suckered into it and towards his defeat.

That's the prescription. I am glad to hear that.

While calling him this and that may be cathartic and I understand how people feel, but now, making light of it or even giving him excuses, (his personality disorders, drugs, idiotic behavior, etc.) is, in this case, beside the point and belies the actuality of it. We can't afford that.

A confidence man has less traction when you get to the very nature of the game being played and the show being put on. At least, that's my take and why I emphasize that.

I want to you understand something that shocked me when I saw it. I spoke with the doctor on this. I was really amazed and I think most people are amazed to hear it. The flu in our country kills from 25,000 people to 69,000 people a year. That was shocking to me. So far if you look at the 15 people, they're recovering. one is pretty sick. But hopefully will recover. The ruse in great shame. Think of that. 25,000 to 69,000. over the last ten years, we've lost 360,000. these are people that have died from the flu. From what we call the flu. Hey, did you get your flu shot? And that's something.

I don't think "most people are amazed" that the flu kills a lot of people in this country and around the world. Standard-issue bafflegab from Needy Amin, but not something (I don't think) recognizable as "normal."
