Can Trump Command the Navy not to Self Quarantine?
I'm preparing a steak and salad for dinner, but I had to stop for a moment and ask this question. According to another DU poster: "CENTCOM cancels all leave; USN orders ships to remain at sea for 14 days if recent port visits."
