23. To each their own. I purposefully drink at least 3 litres of water a day, get my exercise in 7 days

a week, hate coffee, drink 1 cup of tea a day, never smoked, drink alcohol rarely nowadays and have lost 120 pounds over the last 4 years, while regularly drinking Diet drinks. I don't drink sugarific sodas.

I was referring specifically to Pepsi Max as regards cramps, otherwise I don't get cramps.
