They have kiosks, and that question has been asked for several years now.

5. I will be giving blood Tuesday - that is a normal question

But I suspect there will be some more specific questions about locations.

Been kind of curious if there will be some kind of more stringent screening during this visit. Normally it is just a temperature scan and a 'how are you feeling?'

I shall report back if the protocol takes some kind of giant step in some direction.

7. It's a minor physical for my doctor.

He orders a complete blood panel, and does a routine physical exam. I get to draw a clock, too, and have to remember three words and recite them back. For the past three years, they have been "banana, breakfast, chair." I keep waiting for those words to change.

Then, he refills my prescriptions for a year, or adjusts them as needed. With any luck, I won't see him again for another year. That's my goal, always. Last year, I also got the newest pneumonia vaccine. But, then we chat about what's going on for us. It's a nice 20 minutes, really.

8. My MIL was getting something similar as her health went downhill a couple years back

Sometimes they would check her 2 or 3 times a day.

One day they asked her who was president and she said (little lady who never cursed) "That son of a bitch, Trump."

It is as much about assessing risk factors as asking if you smoke.
