Help! I have a killer idea for a meme or a Pic of the Moment!

But I don't know how to create a meme or Pic of the Moment! If anyone can help me out, here's a description:

A photo of the orangutan from that old Clint Eastwood movie, with Trump's orange face superimposed on the orangutan's face.

The caption reads: ANY WHICH WAY BUT TRUTH!
