The dumbest people I know ARE republicans!

Not all of the Republicans that I know are unintelligent, but the most unintelligent people I know ARE staunch Republicans.

Also the people I know who are the biggest liars and cheats also are conservatives. But it's OK because they pray to JAYSUS, so all their sins are forgiven.

Oh, they also seem to only worship Mammon as well. No wonder so many of them are scared to die.

Because in one sentence they will say that God is a loving god, and then the next sentence they say they are afraid of an angry and vengeful god. I'm really starting to think it's more the latter than the former.

That's actually much scarier to me than if they were all dopey morons.

They support him for a variety of reasons - always been Republicans, mostly apolitical, "Hillary would be worse", "take the country back". The usual nonsense. They don't pay attention to what Trump does most of the time and they don't really care. They seem to get their news from Fox News and right-wing social media.

A couple are in the medical profession. It will be interesting to see if their tune changes if (when) Trump's response to the virus or lack thereof results in dead people.

6. I'm becoming prejudiced..

my antennae go up when I see macho white males. They have a look, and a kind of sick laugh. Women usually have to speak, to give themselves away. I saw a truck today, with all kinds of bumper stickers on it. "Make a liberal cry", Something else that was comparing liberals to cancer, another about the wall. I don't see that stuff very often...like hardly ever. I kind of wanted to hang around and see who the driver was, but it would probably be no surprise.
