This is crazy. You can be asymptomatic test negative twice and still have it. If that’s true there is no way to stop the spread.

They were being held at the base from all over U.S. so when they release them its to go home to their state not necessarily Texas.

Her hubby is in military so she knows a little bit. So worse if test is not working it will spread all over.
