The patient did have contact with others while outside of isolation, health officials say.
Tested negative two times before being released.

(19,037 posts)This is crazy. You can be asymptomatic test negative twice and still have it. If thats true there is no way to stop the spread.

(11,448 posts)They were being held at the base from all over U.S. so when they release them its to go home to their state not necessarily Texas.
Her hubby is in military so she knows a little bit. So worse if test is not working it will spread all over.
