I am very sure the answer to the economic turmoil from COVID-19

is another tax break for the Rich to horde more money off shore.

Take the funds and get others getting them to funnel some of it into his pockets, like he's done with wall money getting contractors to give to his campaign to get their contracts.

as an opportunity to suggest doing just that. He'll say "we need to put more money in the pockets of Americans to increase spending" and then give it all to the rich like they did with the first scam.
