It's the same plan they plan for everything, including solving Acne, Foot Fungus and the Heartbreak of Psoriasis: cut taxes.

A tax cut will fix anything. Ronald Reagan said so. And Ronnie always cut taxes, except when he was raising them.

I suppose that it has to be around 9% so businesses can count on people willing to work hard for little pay.
