Now at 975. There were 4 deaths, up to 30 total.

Edit: I updated the numbers to the total for the day on the worldometer site which uses GMT as a reference point.

1. Might be due to testing kits being distbributed.

More testing = more known cases.

8. In China, the # of cases increased 50% each day the last 2 weeks of January

Much less now with their lockdowns/quarantines. The US will have to do the same to achieve any semblance of control.
