If you need further proof that the potus has lost his mind...

@realDonaldTrump
If you like automobiles, how can you vote for a Democrat who all want to get rid of cars, as quickly as possible, especially if they are powered by gasoline. Remember also, no more than one car per family. I, on the other hand, have new plants being built all over Michigan, Plus!

There is no limit to the amount of hatred I feel for that man. He is a cancer on the face of society. He will destroy us all if we don't get rid of him. There is NO WAY we can survive another four years of this shit.

I know that I can not mentally or emotionally deal with such a reality.

Test marketing! That's a good one. I think he should continue along those lines for a while to see how it flies on both sides.

So far, this side might believe he's nuts. Good! The other side is believing that cars will go extinct without him. Excellent!

Who could script this so damn well? Each episode is just so wild.

Tue Mar 10, 2020, 07:08 PM
Mar 2020

Let me try an example:

Media talking head:. The president is talking about all these plants in Michigan, but we're not sure what he's talking about... the Stock Market has been approaching 30,000 though.

2nd media talking head: we can't find any provision from Democrats to limit folks to one car, but there are some proposals to reduce carbon emissions.

Do you see what is missing? A clear description of what he said as a boldfaced lie, or more bluntly... bullshit.

When the media fails to call a lie, "a lie", it gives it undeserved legitimacy.

that is of course nothing but propaganda claiming to tell their followers that the nasty libs are going to take away hamburgers, toilets, cars....(name a thing people like), and make you eat kale, make you buy toilets you have to flush 10 times, awful electric cars (we can only have one? wtf?), light bulbs that are dim and yellow and twisty and next the health insurance you like (if you actually have any.)

Here is the translation of the moron's dog whistles:

If you like automobiles, how can you vote for a Democrat who all want to get rid of cars, as quickly as possible, especially if they are powered by gasoline. (BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOU WILL BELIEVE AND BE OBEDIENT BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T, I WILL MAKE FUN OF YOU TO THE REST OF THE CROWD AND THREATEN TO HAVE YOU BEATEN...)

Remember also, no more than one car per family.
(I AM GOING TO MAKE SHIT UP THAT SOUNDS PLAUSIBLE IF YOU SPEND ANYWHERE OVER 30 SECONDS A DAY ALLOWING RIGHT WING MEDIA (TV OR RADIO MAINLY) TO INFECT YOUR MIND)

I, on the other hand, have new plants being built all over Michigan, Plus!
(NOW I AM JUST MAKING UP MORE SHIT FOR FUN BECAUSE I HONESTLY BELIEVE I CAN SAY ANYTHING TO YOU IDIOTS AND YOU'LL ADORE MY LIKE TRAINED LEMMINGS ANYWAY. GOD YOU PEOPLE ARE FUCKING STUPID...)

Standard GOP practice for decades and for Trump his entire wretched life...

I think he forgot that Obama bailed out the auto industry

https://hillreporter.com/trump-derided-obamas-auto-bailout-but-his-farm-bailout-has-cost-more-than-twice-as-much-54237
<snip>
Trump Derided Obama’s Auto Bailout, But His Farm Bailout Has Cost More Than Twice As Much

President Donald Trump, as a private individual before he ran for political office, was not a fan of the automotive bailout that occurred under his predecessor’s watch.

When automotive companies were given large sums of government loans to help them during the Great Recession, Trump was initially in favor of doing so, NBC News reported. “You have to save the car industry in this country,” Trump said at the time.

But once President Barack Obama came into office and pushed the idea — and once Trump himself started contemplating a run for president himself — he was decidedly against it.

Trump derided the bailout as being costly, and even dubiously said it was being used to create jobs in China, not in the U.S. (a Chrysler vice president of design responded to Trump by saying he was “full of s—).
But as costly as the auto bailout was for the United States, Trump’s own bailout for farmer’s has cost more than twice as much.

He is in the full throes of senile dementia, and is just telling you his version of reality.

Two or three problems with that:

1. He expects reality to bend to his will, and meekly follow his directives.

2. He is POTUS. No less appropriate person in the world could be found for that job.

3. Some actually believe him and confuse his word salad with words of wisdom.

But then, quatrains from Nostradamus make sense too, if you try hard enough.

Example:

Sitting alone at night in secret study;
it is placed on the brass tripod.
A slight flame comes out of the emptiness and
makes successful that which should not be believed in vain.

For 8 years, my neighbor warned me that Obama was going to take his guns. It didn't matter how many times or how many ways I explained to him that it wasn't going to happen, he would just repeat, "Obama's gonna take our guns!"

You can't erase these burned-in GOPer points. GOPers need their beliefs to avoid facing a world too complex and chaotic for their simple minds.
