Trump's speech to reassure a nervous nation will be an utter failure and Americans will be more nervous and the economy will continue to falter.

Any other president with the emphasis on any would be able to rally the nation at this moment.

At the end of the day I'm an American and unlike the Trumps I have many family members who risked their lives for our country and shed blood for it. My dad was blinded in one eye and contacted malaria in the Battle Of North Africa in WW ll. It brings me no joy to write these words. I feel nothing but sadness.

2. I Have To Believe That His Speech Tonight Will Be Scripted.....

I just don't believe that his staff at the WH would send him out to riff. Though if he goes off script - it will be a disaster. The only saving grace - if he goes off script - is that maybe it will even become apparent amongst his supporters - that he is totally incompetent and over his head. That might have big implications in November.

Slur his way through a scripted speech, or attack and blame others of his failure , and accuse them that they failed, then promise the American people something he'll never do. He's done that numerous times before, and lied.
