Trump had to be coerced to do that! He did not want to.

Now,he has to depend on Pelosi to get funding for the emergency. They passed the bill yesterday. Now it is up to Moscow Mitch. Congress is leaving town today.

the cameras were off. He just sat there, after"clear", he uttered one word, threw his arms up, and walked off, obviously irritated that he had to do this.
