Question: suppose a Trumper has symptoms and tries to get a test.

And, even though Trump said that anyone who wants a test can get a test, and Pence keeps talking about the millions of tests available, the Trumper is unable to get a test.

Does that break the Trumper spell? Or does the Trumper keep on believing?
