limbaugh was demoted from the loudest station in CO last sept and i know the univ of co was seeing ramped up activism in the community, maybe even local govt, to stop endorsing KOA 850, where they had been broadcasting football since the 50s 60s. they may have acted preemptively as complaints about endorsing global warming, trump, fracking, etc got louder

so no it'ss not guaaranteed, gaetz and other cons like him are toast without their talk radio advantage and there's an easy way, along with boycots, to get assholes like that out of politics for good. going after that talk radio advantage is an easy way to move the country 15 pts left in one election season

on the other hand, ignoring those stations in a national emergency, is really stupid on its own
