Politico reporting that due to GOP opposition, McConnell will delay approval of Families First coronavirus relief bill until later in the week. Every day counts in this crisis, but McConnell doesn't give a rat's ass.

(5,387 posts)I never understood this attitude. I'd rather he was at home watching the Senate do its work. Actually, I really wish he'd be watching from a prison cell.
TreasonousBastard
(43,049 posts)the prison cell just ain't gonna happen.
My concepts of punishment involve, among other things, the most fearsome things to the convict. McTurtle without Trump or some of his other buddies to lean on, and his wife broke and disgraced
might be the worst thing to happen to him.
If not the worst, let's hear some more ideas..

(2,300 posts)As long as he's there, even in the minority, he's a danger to Americans. I want him powerless. He can watch everything he tried to put in place being dismantled from a distance.

I hate Republicans with every fiber of my being... people are confused, scared, angry and they don't want to pay out "welfare"... they want to make people squirm... there is no excuse

(17,377 posts)GOP all want us to die anyway. That is their grand plan for making all of this the imbalanced playing field, the gross and growing income inequality, the xenophobia, the dismantling of our Constitution and our government sustainable. It is all sustainable if we die off. That is and has always been their grand plan.
