14. What does "backing you" mean?

Gonna sit back and see where governors get the vents, then buy them all up?

Having told the govs to find their own, this pretty much means that: 1) there aren't any to be gotten; 2) Trump is now not going to do a damn thing to cause more vents to be manufactured. Otherwise, he would have told the govs that instead of "you're on your own."

I'll bet you Trump has a vent on standby for his own use. I betcha ya.
