100 tests. Total. For a VA health system that serves 9 million vets. Half of which are over 65.

100 tests. Total. For a VA health system that serves 9 million vets. Half of which are over 65. This is not getting enough national attention. The President, @SecWilkie and Congress must be pressed on it. #IYNAYNPA

the number of vets getting benefits. They need the money for war profiteers to get tax cuts. The bribing class makes the rules.

Not enough masks. It's crazy! They've been changing all in person appointments to telephone appointments.

A White House physician willing to lie about Trump's health with no administrative experience took over as head of one of the nation's largest, most complex systems, still in need of a great deal of troubleshooting and updating.

All this with Republicans controlling congress having done their best for years to slash funding and otherwise fuck the VA up in every way they can -- in order to help further their destruction of our nation's only large socialized service.

Very little we blame Trump for is not just aided and abetted, but often instigated from the outset by the Republicans.

Btw, our Blabbermouth in Chief's advisers, according to Trump himself, don't like his referring to the wave of death expected to overwhelm us this spring and summer as a "washing through." A little too suggestive of "cleansing" to a lot more people than just me, I imagine.

It's extremely likely that McConnell and allied anti-government/anti-tax sociopaths, though already dreadfully negligent in refusing to stop this crisis, have already ordered estimates of how many vets, Social Security recipients, people on Medicaid disability, etc., COVID-19 may "wash" permanently off the rolls.
