how will they decide who gets how much?

right now, we are okay but depending on what State and City do, we could lose it all in an instant-again

I've been cheering up seniors with music programs for 22 years. Doing anything but music would be torture for me. I'm really bummed.

If you were a janitor, your family got a smaller amount, because your family didn't lose as much. If you were a big time stock trader, your already wealthy family got a larger amount.

This makes perfect sense to Republicans. It is not about addressing need, it is about maintaining the status quo.
