All I can say is... thank gawd for Costco and their oversized packages of everything! I will never bitch about buying 30 rolls of TP at a time AGAIN!!!

I found a way-out-of-date can of cream of chicken soup. It had come from the store's scratch and dent bin. A tiny hole had formed on the crease. Out it went.

I pulled a pack of tortillas out of the fridge that had been sitting for awhile, some frozen leftover chicken and voila, white chicken enchiladas! They were yummy too. Use it up, wear it out, make do or do without. Remember that old mantra?
