I sincerely hope Rachel Maddow takes some time off.

She looked absolutely exhausted last night not to mention completely disgusted with the bumbling response to the trump virus. She looked like she was going to break down any second. Then at the end of the show she did. Get far away with loved one and do some fishing and reflection, you're too good to lose. Peace ✌

And she won't be intimidated from trump trying to threaten her job, it'll only make her and others more determined to expose the truth about him.

6. I remember listening to the voice of meteorologist named Brian Norcross

on a portable little radio as we we were going through the nightmare of hurricane Andrew in 1992. It was frightening beyond belief, but that one voice that was out there keeping us informed with the TRUTH helped keep us from unraveling. Rachel is that voice for me now. I hope she gets a chance to rest before going back on the air. She deserves it.

Her coverage of the Russian and Ukrainian scandals have been outstanding. And her current focus on the corona virus is equally good. Her show is must-see tv for me every night. She always brings new information to light and puts it into historical context. I wouldn’t doubt that Trump would want her out.

You could tell she was disgusted beyond words, but she held it together until the end, when she mentioned the passing from COVID-19 of a co-worker. My heart broke for her.

Rachel has been such a source of truth during the whole turd nightmare. Whatever award there is (Edward R. Murrow?) out there, she should receive it. Maybe a Pulitzer.

IF we get through this, she will have been a major source of strength for all of us.

As others have stated, she is a national treasure.

Rachel, if you see this...
