(34,661 posts)someone at Intuit(Trubo Tax)last Monday about people not being able to pay their Mortgages,Car payments as well as Rent and Utilities. Wall Street is scared to death how this plays out. REIT's holding Rental Properties are at Junk Status and many have used up their Credit Lines in a effort to try to build Cash Knowing this Train Wreck is headed their way.
This person is seeing a trend were by people are not doing their Taxes like last year. And people who do owe are taking the extensions more so this year than any previous years.
