What is Trump crowing about having an 8 day testing high?

Is he suggesting that for an eight day period he has logged in more tests than any other country? Or is he just lying about conducting more tests than any other country?

He was referring to the 8 day high of Adderall he's been snorting to get through actually having to do some work.
