I'm sure that there are "areas" in both FL and NY that aren't doing much testing... but the fact remains that only Washington and New York have more test results than Florida (though California appears to have enough pending to pass them) - and the numbers in New York are much worse than Florida's.

What I meant is that you van lock off the area but there is still tons of international freight that needs to be received and then transported to the rest of the country That's not to mention that anything headed to areas north of the NYC has to pass through here as well.

They originally said not to wear masks to try to protect the supply to medical folks.
I do think the medical people deserve them first. But I'm not sure about not telling people.
