I know they just banned the consumption of wildlife, but the loop hole is if they're being used for medicine...

About ten years ago, when the Chinese wealthy started coming over here and buying everything in sight, they also showed up in Yellowstone country and started poaching black bears for the gall bladders. One Chinese restaurant in West Yellowstone was busted for having poached parts in the restaurant freezers along with other illegal animal parts. They got fined a few thousand bucks and that was about it, oh and losing hunting rights.
They will be killing more of OUR BEARS!!! They are already promoting bear hunting in this country by offering big bucks for certain parts.
