I'm 66, no grandkids, and, no, I'm not willing to sacrifice my life
for some Republican's likely brainwashed progeny.
Am I monster? Might be an entirely different story if they were raised to be SKEPTICS. This world needs a world full of skeptics. The logicofscience.com explains quite nicely what a skeptic is: " In summary, a skeptic is simply someone who demands good evidence before accepting something and is willing to change their view when it conflicts with the evidence. " I'm rambling, I know. Cabin fever.

1. When the world was upright...
Medicine was encouraged to help us live longer.
Once medicine made it possible to live 100+, Pukes now want us to pay for it with our lives. Work til you’re 70 but in poverty and the chosen sacrifice in times of need. |

2. Amend. No one's life is worth more than another life. All are equal, but got to remember that ...
republicans think differently. Everyone but their lily white a&& is a possible scrap goat, a possible sacrifice.
Disgusting. Remember this moment in American History ... those that advocate such drastic measures (sacrifice the elderly)should pay the ultimate price by being banished from society as a whole. After all, they proved that they don't want anything to do w/ the rest of us who fall outside their boundaries. They should be dug up from their crawl spaces, banned from faux or any other media access, and face the scorn of their fellow citizens who they so willingly threw under the bus. If we want to find willing victims, I'd say start with all of the faux commentators first. And then start going down the list of scumbags (Rush L., etc.) since these idiots are so willing to nominate others besides themselves as sacrifices. |

3. I'm 67, with grandkids, and I might be
69 before I get to interact in person with them again, if at all. Losing precious years here.
More cabin fever. |

4. I agree, no kids or grandchildren either.
It’s bad enough that I pay taxes to send them to school. I don’t complain because I support public education. I shouldn’t have to pay for their religious indoctrination, though. And I’m a 71 year-old who is certainly not willing to get sick and die so they can have an easier time in the job market.

6. I have children, but no grandchildren
I am in the same age group. I would certainly die for my kids, but I would rather live for them.

7. This is typical Trump shit... divide and conquer
Trump just wants another wedge issue.... young against old.
The man is truly a piece of work. Aside from hate, greed and envy, why did he want to be President. He has non of the characteristics that defines an American. Or rather the ideas that defines America. He has the worst traits of our American history and non that I can see of the good ones. |

10. A Fair Question
The prevailing thinking (used loosely) among those idiots is that if we just let the virus run wild, we develop herd immunity and the economy can resume normal operations faster.
Yeah, it's stupid & heartless. They don't care about young people dying either. |
