Sadly trump has not acknowledged one death. Thinks a mere 100K would be great and he is doing an incredible job.

If anyone knows the rules clarify - but that would really drive it home.

(101,752 posts)Governors can proclaim it for their states including state facilities. Someone like president of Cabinet (maybe) can proclaim it for federal facilities.
